THE PEOPLE BEHIND THE AGENCY
At the heart of T-Rex Agency are Rex Viola and his wife, Annie.
Rex brings more than 25 years of customer service experience, including 11 years working in the automotive industry before entering insurance. His background gives him valuable perspective when helping customers understand their vehicles, coverage options, and insurance needs.
Having lived in Nebraska for more than 19 years, Rex takes pride in serving individuals, families, and businesses throughout Lincoln and surrounding communities.
Annie also contributes to the agency’s day-to-day operations, assisting with customer service and supporting the team.
Together, they help foster a welcoming, service-focused environment where customers can ask questions, better understand their coverage, and make informed decisions.
